You must not share your password with any third party. pkrbat will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any channel other than the official login interface. pkrbat may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of ongoing compliance monitoring. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
pkrbat accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and supported cryptocurrency networks. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits via mobile wallets (JazzCash and EasyPaisa) are credited to your Account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within one to three business hours, subject to your bank's processing schedule.
pkrbat does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment service provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which pkrbat accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days.
pkrbat reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be released to accounts that have passed identity verification. pkrbat may impose a hold on withdrawal requests pending investigation if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
All Account balances, Bets, and payouts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkrbat does not apply currency conversion fees. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and the resulting PKR amount is credited to your Account.
All Bets placed on the pkrbat Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, league, or game type. These rules are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform at the time of placing a Bet. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that specific market.
Bets are only valid once confirmed by the pkrbat system and a Bet reference number has been issued. pkrbat reserves the right to void any Bet placed in error, including Bets placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or human error in odds compilation.
Cricket betting markets, including PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, and ODIs, are governed by the cricket-specific rules available in the sportsbook section of the Platform. Live in-play Bets are accepted subject to connectivity and latency considerations — pkrbat does not accept responsibility for Bets that could not be placed due to network issues on the Player's side. All PSL and cricket market settlements are based on official match results as confirmed by the relevant cricket board.
Each casino game available on the pkrbat Platform — including live dealer baccarat, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, roulette, dragon tiger, and all slot titles — operates under its own rules as defined by the game provider. These rules are accessible within the game interface. pkrbat does not modify game rules but is not responsible for the rules established by third-party game providers.
pkrbat applies maximum payout limits on a per-event and per-market basis. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting or gaming interface. Where a Bet would result in a payout exceeding the applicable limit, pkrbat reserves the right to reduce the stake proportionally or void the excess portion of the Bet.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
All content on the pkrbat Platform — including but not limited to the pkrbat name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, and game content — is the intellectual property of pkrbat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pkrbat. Unauthorised use of pkrbat intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrbat, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
pkrbat's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pkrbat does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. During high-traffic events such as PSL finals or major UFC pay-per-view cards, temporary service disruptions may occur, for which pkrbat accepts no liability to the extent that such disruptions are beyond our reasonable control.
